DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to\n\n\n\nChalk the Walk\n\n\n\nStreet/sidewalk painting at St Ann Catholic Church's annual Block Party \n\nin  the church courtyard.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, September 13th\, 2014\n\n10am-2pm\n\n\n\nLocal artists\, sponsored by area businesses\, will display their talents and special area designated for children will be available.\n\n\n\nLast year's winner\, Jennifer Hughes\, will be this year's featured artist.  Formerly employed by The National Ornamental Metal Museum as Registrar\, she now works for the Arkansas Secretary of State as the Archives/Exhibits specialist\, managing historical collections and designing interpretive exhibits and displays at the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock. Jennifer now lives in Cabot\, Arkansas with her husband and 2 children.  \n\n\n\nAwards ceremony sponsored by Wiemar's Jewelry at 3 PM.\n\n\n\nSponsors include St Francis Hospital - Bartlett\, First Tennessee Bank\, 1st Citizens Bank\, \n\nKiwanis Bartlett\, The Bartlett Historical Society\, LSI\, Robinwood Resort Lifestyle Communities\, Fred's Discount Store & Pharmacy\, and Coletta's Italian Restaurant\, Bartlett Community Concert Band\, Bartlett Arts Association\, EDCO\, Dr. Tim Hacker\, Larry Hilbun\, Memphis Funeral Home\, Wolfchase Hynudai\n\n\n\nBAC is seeking additional sponsors for this annual fundraiser with proceeds to \n\nbenefit the BAC and local school art programs.
