DESCRIPTION:Night of 100 Stars Concert\n\n	 \n\n	The Bartlett United Methodist Church will host a "Night of 100 Stars" Organ Concerto Concert beginning at 6:00 pm on November 3rd.\n\n	\n\n	The third event in its centennial celebration concert series\, the Memphis Chapter of the American Guild of Organists offers a rare opportunity to hear music composed for organ and orchestra. Featuring the grand Kimball organ from the historic Ellis Auditorium\, the program includes the world premier of Dennis Janzer's Organ Concerto No. 2 for Orchestra and organ and Charles Marie Widor's Symphonie pour Orgue et Orchestre with movements performed by organists Jame Gamble\, Eva McPeters and Karen Strawhecker.\n\n	\n\n	Also Performing will be the Germantown Performing Art Center's Youth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jonathan Schallert along with members of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. Special guests of the Memphis AGO will be WKNO FM 91.1's Kacky Walton and Darel Snodgrass will introduce the program and its host Michael Barone. Barone's Pipedreams airs on WKNO. \n\n	\n\n	Night of 100 stars is free and open to the public. Call 901-386-4563.
