Bartlett's Multimillion Dollar Mixed-use Development
Grant & Co., one of the region's premier home builders, has chosen Bartlett for one of the largest investments in the company's history. The former Baptist Children's Home, a 70 acre campus, at Summer and Stage Rd., will become Bartlett's first pedestrian friendly mixed use development to be called Union Depot. A development that will combine fashionable single family homes with upscale retail and apartments. This $160 million plus investment is one of, if not the the largest, in the City's history and marks a new era of growth and prosperity for the Bartlett area.
