Topic: Making the Team: The Leadership Paradox.
Is your team really a team?
The presence of a leader will not ensure success of a team or an organization. In fact, it may hinder your group’s performance and progress.
Traditional leadership may not be the appropriate model in our virtual, global workplace.
This presentation will focus on how leaders may need to become coordinators or integrators to produce a better image for leadership.
Speaker: Harriet Browning
