Connie has spent the past 20 years developing her own transformational leadership style and currently provides her expertise to organizations and individuals.
  

Connie Southall was born into a military family and though she grew up in Oceanside, California, 
she has lived on both coasts and many places in between.
 From this, she learned at an early age that life is simply made up of chapters and that personal
 success is a matter of focus and endurance. She loves learning and loves motivating others toward success in all that they do.
