Friday night is the Annual Balloon Glow where hot air balloons tether in the darkened sky, a midway carnival and live music!
Saturday is packed with fun and many things to do and see. Amateur BBQ Cooking Contest, 2 musical stages,arts & crafts, a classic acar show, a children’s area, business vendors, concessions.

City-Wide SIDEWALK SALE! In conjunction with the Bartlett Festival! Keep the excitement going throughout the weekend with all the guests and visitors coming for the Festival! September 25th - 27th The Board of Mayor and Alderman approved the use of tents and outdoor selling for this weekend only! For more information, call the Chamber office at 372-9457
