Brad Ross received his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute,
and earned his MBA with honors and his MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
He is also a graduate of the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Power Program, where he was certified as a Master Training Specialist
and served over ten years as an instructor in that program.

Upon retiring from the Navy, Brad joined Apogen Technologies, where he provided for clients program management support and business process consultation.
In 2007 he transitioned to Whitney, Bradley and Brown, where he currently provides consultation to clients in his areas of expertise---strategic planning,
process improvement and business process re-engineering---including the U.S. Navy's Human Resources Department.

Brad is also the vice-president of Webster University's Alumni Association, and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.
