The event includes a Catfish Cooking Contest and Craft Fair

Catfish Cooking Contest
Contestents for the Catfish Cooking Contest must be self contained in their area, may compete in any or all categories, will have 1 hour for set up and 2 hours for cooking, mustclean up their area and remove all equipment at the end of the contest. Food may not be sold but may be given away.
The categories for competition are;
Fried Catfish
Hushpuppies
Anything Catfish!
Team Spirit
Best Overall
Entry Fee is $25 deadline is June 7, 2010
