"Elvis Presley's Memphis" - Friends of the Bartlett Library Program

Mr. Dye will discuss the new book "Elvis Presley's Memphis" published by the Commercial Appeal and Elvis Presley Enterprises. Mr. Dye is on the staff of Elvis Presley Enterprises and is a contributor to the book.   He will provide his insights into the archival photographs and documents which comprise the book describing the influence of Elvis on Memphis and of Memphis on Elvis, especially in his early life and career.

Mr. Dye is a resident of Bartlett and author of several other photographic histories including "Images of America:  Bartlett."

The program is free and open to the public.

Two copies of "Elvis Presley's Memphis"  will be awarded as door prizes.
