Industrial Readiness Training
The Industrial Readiness Training program was developed in partnership with the local WIN, business, industry and government leaders, to provide relevant skills training, both soft and technical, in the greater Memphis area. Our vision is to develop entry-level and a highly skilled workforce for manufacturing and industrial maintenance to meet immediate employer requirements, and to attract new industry to the Memphis area. Our target population is primarily unemployed and underemployed Memphians.
