PUBLIC SPEAKING August 29, 2019

Become more confident and relaxed in front of an audience by gaining basic public speaking skills, including in-depth information on developing an engaging program and delivering a presentation with power for a successful speaking event.
 

SALES FUNDAMENTALS September 12, 2019

Understanding a basic sales process and gaining basic sales tools will help increase confidence in transitioning prospect into customer, including effectively handling objections.
 

PROSPECTING AND LEAD GENERATION September 26, 2019

Improve on every aspect of the sales strategy by developing core skills in identifying prospects, implementing marketing methods, keeping the pipeline filled, and setting customer expectations.
 

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: John Churchill began his career with 20 years in the Navy, after which he worked various supervisory and management positions with Kimberly Clark, Champion Paper, Nabisco Food, and Gerdau Ameristeel. John served as Executive Director of Corporate Training and Continuing Education at Southwest Tennessee Community College, and Vice President of Business Services at the Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce. John currently works with Technology Education to Go, LLC where he assists the emerging workforce in finding an education pathway to a livable wage career.
